Accessibility statement

This statement covers the website loicbogacz.fr, edited and operated by Loïc Bogacz.

Conformance status

The site targets the European EN 301 549 V3.2.1 standard and the French RGAA 4.1.2 reference framework, mapped to WCAG 2.2 level AA.

A full third-party audit has not been commissioned yet. The current self-assessment indicates partial conformance: most level-A and level-AA criteria are met (semantic landmarks, skip link, keyboard navigation, visible focus, prefers-reduced-motion support, color-scheme respect, alt text on meaningful images), and a small number of items remain in active remediation.

Known limitations

• Some marketing imagery in the projects timeline relies on positional alt text ({project name}, preview {n}) rather than per-image descriptive alt. Replacement work in progress.
• Decorative scroll-driven animations (header gradient, project timeline ship marker) are kept by design as part of the brand identity. They short-circuit when prefers-reduced-motion: reduce is requested by the operating system.
• The footer Ecoindex badge fetches a third-party score from bff.ecoindex.fr; the request only fires when the badge enters the viewport.

The statement is based on testing with: Firefox + NVDA on Windows 11, Safari + VoiceOver on macOS, and the axe DevTools / pa11y automated checks integrated in the build pipeline.
